The comfortable, velvet-lined, chain-decked harness buckles over your or their waist and each thigh, holding studded straps vertically over the wearer's hips. Four O-rings can be clipped or clamped to cuffs, leashes, tethers, and more - if you're so inclined!
The Thigh Harness is made of PVC, poly and metal (accents). You can spot-clean it as needed.
